Meet Our First GMT Scholarship Winner: Meridith Malone

We’re excited to announce Meridith Malone from Crystal Lake Central as the first recipient of the GMT Vocational Foundation Scholarship!

Meridith will attend McHenry County College this fall to pursue a career in the skilled trades. Her application stood out not only for her goals, but for her powerful personal story—a story of resilience, focus, and a clear commitment to building a future through hands-on work.
